Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Make an Impact in Sales and Relationship ManagementSales and Business Development
- Strategic Growth: Craft and execute a sales plan that drives commercial vehicle sales and expands your territory’s market presence.
- Target Key Players: Focus on high-potential customers like businesses, contractors, and fleet owners to build a strong and profitable client base.
- Stay Informed: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Build a Pipeline of Success: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into revenue-driving sales opportunities.
- Collaborate to Innovate: Partner with your RVP and marketing team to create and execute impactful promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Show and Tell: Deliver field-based product demonstrations, transporting vehicles to customer sites and showcasing their real-world value.
- Build Connections: Develop lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and industry influencers that foster trust and loyalty.
- Be the Go-To: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, delivering outstanding service and addressing their needs proactively.

Qualifications
What It Takes to Succeed: Qualifications and Requirements
Position Requirements
- Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2-5 years of proven success in B2B territory sales. Experience in the commercial vehicle industry or similar fields is a big plus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have the drive to grow a sales territory and the ambition to build lasting success.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to connect with clients and close deals.
- Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to secure deals while fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and achieving goals without constant supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools. Familiarity with MS Teams and Zoom is a must for effective remote collaboration.
- On-the-Go: A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively for face-to-face meetings within your assigned territory.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and moving around for extended periods in office and field environments.
- Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
- Occasionally required to navigate stairs during on-site visits or office tasks.
