Modern Remodeling is an industry leading insurance restoration contractor with over 30 years in business. We are seeking focused, energetic, and driven Exterior Sales Representatives to join our Storm Restoration team. Exterior Sales Representative work with their customers throughout the process from inspection, adjuster meeting, production, and final walk through. Our Exterior Sales Representatives are advocates for our customers and industry experts.
- Must be , energetic and possess strong social/people skills
- Past sales and/or experience in construction is desired but not necessary. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with prospective customers and preform inspections
- Assess customer needs & provide solutions
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Work with customers to make selections
- Market to potential customers
- Ensure an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
- Effectively communicate with team members about your leads and sold jobs
We offer in-house estimating and supplementing services so the Exterior Sales Representative can focus on generating sales and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs
- Proficient with both written communication and computer skills
- Past sales or experience in construction is desired but not necessary

Pay: $41,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
