Employee Relations Director

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team at Mohr Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.

• Manage daily interactions with employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Administer various HR programs, including FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientations.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by conducting phone interviews.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of NJ labor laws.
• Experience in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Potential to lead and manage a team in the future.
