Key Responsibilities :
Manage new and existing lease processes, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation.
Update and maintain the Real Estate Database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and interpret complex lease clauses to support internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor critical lease dates, including renewals, expirations, and financial obligations, providing timely notifications to management.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate landlord billing and payments.
Audit operating expense reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and recommend resolutions.
Maintain a comprehensive image archive of leasing documents and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Partner with accounting and field teams to streamline lease-related processes and recover overcharges.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of lease administration experience in a multi-project environment.
Strong knowledge of real estate lease terminology and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Real Estate Management Software (SAP experience is a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
