Customer Service Representative
Shift
M-F 8am-5pm
Required Education: High school or equivalent
Monarch Automation is offering an excellent opportunity for a dependable and enthusiastic team player to join our inside sales team. This position requires strong communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to multi-task and familiarity with general office duties. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook along with prior customer service experience is required. A positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Handling of incoming phone calls for pricing, lead times, expediting, literature, data sheets, etc.
- Processing of incoming orders and quote requests through our ERP system
- Handle requests and provide support, which can include:
- Creation and maintenance of quotations
- Processing and expediting customer orders, verification of confirming orders
- Satisfying customer requests for literature, sales samples and technical information
- Communication to outside sales force opportunities deserving additional attention
- Creation of purchase orders for drop ships, rush or special orders, entered on vendor websites, when required
- Customer Service Support
- Filing, record keeping and data base clean-up/maintenance
- Assist in the resolution of AR/AP discrepancy issues
- Assist with Product Integration Group order entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
