- Cleanliness and Maintenance: The Bar Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, countertops, and equipment, and ensuring that all bar sections are tidy and presentable.
- Customer Interaction: Providing exceptional service to guests by taking drink orders accurately, serving beverages, and addressing any requests or concerns to enhance their experience
- Inventory Management: Assisting in monitoring and managing the inventory of bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and other necessary items, to ensure that they are adequately stocked and available during shifts.
- Collaboration: Working closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure a seamless service experience, especially during busy periods, which includes efficiently coordinating orders and requests
