We are looking for a career oriented Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Highlands of West Chester in West Chester, OH The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Starting at $23.00 - $26.00

What We Need from you:
• HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
