Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with day shift hours. Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with an on-call rotation of one week every five weeks! Full-time employment year-round—no layoffs—with potential for overtime.

Qualifications:
* 1 Year of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, general handy work, or construction.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
