What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing is REQUIRED
- Proven history managing 200 units
- Experience with YARDI a PLUS
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills

Benefits and Compensation:
- $60,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience
- Up to $1,200 Quarterly NOI Bonuses
