Monarch is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at Waterford Pines Apartments in Waterford, Michigan. This 364 unit conventional market rate community offers incredible commission potential! All lease renewal commissions are yours up to $100/Renewal! Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 2 years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Yardi experience is preferred
Compensation and Benefits Available:
- Pay starts at $18.00 an hour
- Incredible Commission potential! ALL RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS! Up to $100/Renewal and $75/Rental
