Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porters (Grounds and Interior Cleaning) to join our team in Waite Park/St. Cloud, Minnesota area. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and snow removal when needed.
