Monarch is now hiring a Leasing and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Grand Blanc, Michigan! This awesome individual will be responsible for assisting with creating market surveys, comp reporting and making recommendations for market rental rates. They will also help to train, monitor, and report leasing outcomes to the Regional Property Managers. How cool is that!?
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Up to $58,000/Year
- Up to $3,000/Year in Bonus Potential!

• At least 2 years' experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management.
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, investment property marketing preferred
• Expert knowledge in Craigslist and social media platforms including Facebook
• Exceptional communication and people skills.
• The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high-energy office environment.
• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to positively motivate others.
• Willing to travel within region
