About the role:

Making a ground level difference by bringing innovation and technology to sustainably power the next generation of farming ecosystems on a worldwide scale.

In this role, you will:

• Repairing and maintaining the tractor fleet as needed, repairs will be performed in shop, on site at customer’s facility or at our own test facilities.
• Work with engineering and quality teams to identify failures, help in root cause analysis and assist in implementing mitigation strategies
• Be able to rotate on call repair support of the night test team and rotate on call weekend support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs performed by updating the repair database.
• Provide clear communication on repair statuses to the engineering, test, quality and management teams.

Ideal Candidate would have:

• Basic Electrical and Electronic troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage flexible work hours including overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to customer locations using company work truck
• Strong communication skills. Both written and oral
• Ability to perform within a professional/tech environment
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
• Experience towing trailer
