- Checks orders to make sure proper glue application throughout the bag, verifies print is accurate to customer
- Places products on hold if found with defects.
- Speaks openly with Operators to stop production of defective bags immediately.
- Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system for compliance
- Receives approval from Quality Manager/Quality Supervisor/Shift Leaders/Production Manager if questions arise.
- Cooperates with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned (i.e. trains new hires when asked, assists in other departments when deemed
Your Profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Work schedules are normally 8 or 12 hours.
- May be scheduled for rotating days off.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
- Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
- Have a great attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated.
