- Accurately read and interpret plant order information, complete required forms on time.
- Retrieve materials for production, install paper rolls, and perform running splices.
- Assist in machine setup, preventative maintenance, and rework activities.
- Conduct quality checks, adjust machines, and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Follow all plant rules, procedures, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tech savy
- Proficient in basic math
- Team Player
- Flexible to work 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts
- Forklift experience a plus
- $22.00 per hour to start
- Overtime Pay ( 40 hours in a workweek)
