QA Lab Tech

Ensure the packaging of quality Snack Food products through testing and analysis of product and packaging.

Primary Function
Ensure the packaging of quality Snack Food products through testing and analysis of product and packaging.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete all quality control paperwork and forward to appropriate recipients.
- Check packaging for integrity of seals, dates, vacuum, and proper caddie and case counts
- Communicate with supervisor on quality issues.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
- Pre-operational sanitation inspections daily
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge of common QA techniques and procedures
- Intermediate level math and writing skills.
- Intermediate level communication skills
- Ability to test and read scales.
- Ability to neatly and accurately complete paperwork
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong organizational skills
