Compensation: $3,650 per month Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing, setting up, and managing events from start to finish, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- On-Site Engagement: Provide on-the-ground support during events by helping with setup, registration, assisting attendees, and solving any issues that may arise.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, offer valuable information, and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience at the event.
- Sales & Promotions: Help drive event engagement by assisting with promotional activities and marketing strategies aimed at boosting attendance.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing products or services in a way that addresses their needs.
- Consultative Sales: Build rapport with clients by listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event experience, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and clients are satisfied.
