Requirements
- Sustain or increase occupancy rates
- Ensure timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates about 97%.
- Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and does other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Cleans laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations.
- Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
- Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room in neat condition.
- Does touch-up painting and repaints buildings or rooms as required.
- Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
- Changes light bulbs may replace fixtures and does similar minor electrical tasks.
- Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, repairing steps, fences and rails.
- Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
What you Bring:
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
