Position: Custodian
Hours: 8:00am - 12:00pm, Monday-Friday (Part-Time)
Reports to: Store Manager

What is the Typical Day of a Custodian?
As a Custodian, you will play an essential role in keeping our store looking pristine! You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, contributing to the overall customer experience. You’ll work independently and occasionally alongside our team, ensuring our showroom, restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse are spotless!
Start by accessing the store. What is top priority?
- Begin routine cleaning duties: sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the showroom floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris before the store opens at 9:00am.
- Empty trash bins on showrooms, offices and breakrooms.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, and decor to maintain the showroom’s visual appeal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with paper products, soap, and other supplies.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary.
- Assist with setting up, moving, and positioning furniture as needed.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure all cleaning supplies are available and stocked.
- Follow health and safety protocols for waste disposal and cleaning.
