What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager, Client Success position at Moore?

As the Account Manager, Client Success, you will contribute execution of client’s strategy and the creation and implementation of campaigns to acquire, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors across multiple channels. In this role you will ensure all internal team members have the necessary information and resources to execute on approved strategy/scope and to provide quality control oversight on all projects to ensure flawless delivery. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Account Director.

Your Impact:

  • Interface with client success, strategy and various departments within Moore to deliver and launch National program campaigns on-time and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with cross functional teams within Moore and partners.
  • Support the client relationship to ensure ongoing health and growth of the program and account.
  • Confidently liaise with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. analytics, project management, accounting, strategy).
  • Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts.
  • Support directors and other senior staff with projects as required.


Your Profile:

  • 2 years of agency experience.
  • Direct marketing fundraising experience highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from accredited college or university.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to meet client goals.
  • Solid understanding of a direct response/direct marketing program.
  • Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to various communication and workflow platforms such as Work Front, Basecamp, NetSuite.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
