- Plan, schedule, and manage multiple concurrent right of way projects across manual and equipment-based crews
- Coordinate daily and weekly production activities involving climbers, bucket truck crews, and mechanical clearing equipment
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with contract requirements, utility standards, environmental constraints, and safety policies
- Monitor production rates, labor utilization, and equipment deployment to maintain profitability
- Conduct regular site visits to verify quality, safety, and progress
- Resolve field issues quickly and professionally with crews, inspectors, and customers
- Financial and Administrative Management
- Develop project budgets and cost forecasts
- Track job costs, production, and margins throughout the life of the project
- Review and approve time, production reporting, and field documentation
- Support billing, change orders, and contract compliance
- Identify cost overruns early and implement corrective action
- Customer Relations and Business Development
- Serve as a primary customer contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility clients, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify additional work opportunities within existing service areas
- Support estimating and proposal efforts by providing field insight, production data, and operational input
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, site walks, and customer reviews

- Lead foremen, supervisors, and crews with clear expectations and accountability

- Minimum five years experience managing right of way maintenance or clearing operations
- Demonstrated experience overseeing manual crews and heavy equipment operations
- Strong working knowledge of bucket truck operations, climbing operations, and equipment based clearing methods
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple active projects
- Experience working directly with utility customers or similar infrastructure clients
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High level of personal accountability and decision-making ability
- Background in utility corridor work, transmission or distribution environments
- Experience supporting estimating, proposals, or contract negotiations
- Familiarity with job cost tracking systems and production reporting tools
- Regular field presence required in outdoor environments
- Ability to travel within assigned service territory
