About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Claims Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is an on-site position ideal for someone looking to start their career in claims processing and customer service. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing, processing, and resolving insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Verify claim information and documentation for completeness and correctness
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal departments to gather necessary information
• Assist in identifying discrepancies or potential fraud and escalate as needed
• Maintain detailed records of claims activities and decisions
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely claims resolution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work on-site in Dallas, TX
