Key Responsibilities :
- Manage case files for catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, and personal injury litigation.
- File federal and state court documents using PACER.
- Supervise Client Specialists, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professional development.
- Conduct client interviews, maintain up-to-date case information, and communicate with attorneys.
- Draft complaints, pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and related documents.
- Oversee discovery responses, prepare legal documents, and coordinate with third-party processors for medical records and bills.
- Maintain client communication, ensuring updates on case status and necessary documentation.
- Calendar all court deadlines and manage legal filings within CLIO.
- Prepare trial documents, exhibits, witness lists, and expert materials.
- Assist attorneys with negotiations, settlement offers, and mediation scheduling.
- Oversee post-settlement distributions, including bill collection and health insurance lien reductions.
