Contract Duration : 18 Months , contract-to-hire
This team is focused on reviewing the quality control of legal documents to ensure they align with document standard. Covers jobs responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and / or settlements. Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting / communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
TOP SKILLS
- Legal administration / support experience
- Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader
- User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
- Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
