Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant IT Certifications
- 5 years of IT service Desk experience
- Advanced technical expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2019 , and Microsoft 365
- Experience leading and mentoring Service Desk team members
- Strong problem-solving skills for 2nd-3rd tier support issues
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- COMPTIA A Certification or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
- Experience with Zendesk
- Familiarity with network and endpoint monitoring software
- Knowledge of firewalls, wireless access points, and managed switches
- Experience with disaster recovery planning
