Our client, a leading provider in tax and fintech services, is hiring a Marketing Program Manager in San Diego, CA! This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite.

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex, multi-channel brand campaigns by scheduling and coordinating meetings for assets, overseeing project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and asset delivery to ensure flawless execution. You will also serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and agency partners, driving collaboration, tracking milestones, and ensuring everything remains aligned with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between different departments to schedule meetings for project updates.
- Coordinate and oversee campaign workflows across multiple teams and agencies, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay aligned.
- Facilitate smooth cross-functional communication by setting agendas, capturing next steps, and ensuring visibility into project status for all stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5 years in program or project management
- Prior experience with scheduling meetings
- Experience with Outlook
