Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, display, etc.) to drive revenue and increase brand presence.
- Create and implement innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that grow brand awareness and contribute to long-term revenue generation (beyond traditional ads).
- Streamline marketing operations across all departments to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Strategize and execute integrated campaigns that target the correct demographics, optimizing outreach and engagement.
- Oversee campaign management from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring maximum results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and launch non-ad-based initiatives (events, partnerships, influencer collaborations, etc.) that contribute to brand growth and awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), with a focus on targeting the right audience and generating ROI.
- Experience in creating and executing creative, non-ad-based strategies to boost brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measuring and improving campaign performance.
