Our client is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will lead testing efforts, design comprehensive test plans, and oversee the quality of software products throughout the development lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility (New England candidates welcome). The salary range is $110,000 - $160,000.
You will work closely with development and product teams to define test strategies, develop test plans, and ensure the overall quality and performance of software. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, manage test execution, and help to continuously improve testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field in Information Technology.
- 5 years of experience in QA
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based testing and microservices architectures.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.
- Expertise in writing and executing complex test plans and test cases.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
