We are seeking a Senior Bridge/Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for high-quality infrastructure design. The Role

As a Senior Engineer within our Transportation practice, you will:

• Lead the design and structural analysis of bridges and related infrastructure for public and private sector clients.
• Oversee project phases from planning and design through permitting, bidding, and construction support.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to project proposals.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8 years of relevant experience in bridge or structural engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with MassDOT standards is a plus.
• Experience in bridge design and structural analysis, including load ratings and code compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
