Our client, a leading gas and energy utility company is hiring a Program Test Lead to join their team in Merrillville, IN!
This is a 6-month W2 contract benefits
As a Program Test Lead, you will s upport the final release of a Work and Asset Management program , lead a team of testers , and work alongside another external test lead in a "two-in-a-box" model.
Responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate testing activities for the final release of the WAM program
Collaborate with the external partner test lead to manage testing efforts across teams
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project goals
Oversee a team of testers , ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes
Utilize JIRA and Tricentis qTest for test management and tracking
Ensure alignment with both waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
Travel up to 50%
Desired Skills :
7 – 10 years of testing experience , including 3 – 5 years leading teams .
Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce testing .
Proven track record in at least two large transformation programs in a testing role .
Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest (must-have).
Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
Utilities industry experience (highly preferred).
