Job Location: Motis Brands Shared Services - Germantown, WI
Salary Range: $19.00 - $30.00 Base Commission/month
Job Shift: First Shift
Description
- Answer phone and represent Discount Ramps in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly and communicate effectively to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- This requires on your own research as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers when necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities.
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and report to your manager.
- Arrive to work and meetings on camera, on time, and prepared.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent is required.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Must be inquisitive with the ability to ask many questions.
- Must be thirsty for knowledge, with the willingness to adopt the motto: Always Be Learning.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot different scenarios.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills.
- Must have good written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable using computers.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Prior experience working with customers is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
