Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00pm or 8:30-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities:
- Assists new hires and employees by answering basic HR questions and/or referring them to the appropriate party.
- Posts job through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
- Enter requisitions into Applicant Tracking System and enter new hire information from application into Taleo, ensuring data entered is accurate and complete.
- Assists recruiters with coordination of interview schedules, follow up with candidates, and all other duties, as assigned.
- Create and maintain new hire files.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Management with administrative and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, and professionalism
- Strong decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
