What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Attendant position at MOUNTAIN CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC?
Parking Attendants are responsible for greeting customers, providing directions, information, and assistance with parking.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct drivers to appropriate parking spots.
- Ensure parking/traffic signage is installed correctly and is appropriately visible.
- Answer guest questions by being knowledgeable of the Resort’s locations, ski areas, services, and current conditions.
- Ensure parking lots are free of debris and garbage.
- Remove snow and ice from public areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work for an extended period of time in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and/or wind.
