Enforcement Ambassador – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Guest Experience Blazer (Manager)

About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.
How the Enforcement Ambassador works with the Team:
Enforcement Ambassadors are responsible for resolving any guest ticket or pass issues that arise from the process of scanning at the lift.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with lift ticket/pass usage while maintaining a fun atmosphere
- Assisting the Scanners at at the lift to identify fraudulent passes
- Utilizing snowcloud to confirm the details of the situation
Team Member Qualifications:
- Assisting the guests in transacting in the purchase of a ticket to remedy the theft and removing the guest from property
- Completing the documentation needed for the occurrence
- Assisting Vernon PD with information needed for guests who do not comply
Must be 18 or older- A positive attitude and a commitment to great service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Willing to work outdoors in the ever-changing seasonal climate of NJ- Ability to de-escalate and make decisions under pressure
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
