General Purpose

To ensure the successful start of the patient’s experience at MFHC. Successful completion is when the patient’s information is collected timely, accurately and their financial responsibility is collected to the best of our ability.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a medical or financial field preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service capacity

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour; DOQ

Bonus: $5,000 geographic pay differential; paid out annually over 26 pay periods at $192.31/per pay check

Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness Program and much more.
