Senior Relationship Manager Trading Services is responsible for onboarding portfolio managers and their teams to the Millennium platform. We serves as the primary point of contact through onboarding discussions, introductions to trading tools/services, and general guidance as managers work to launch their trading strategy. Our team remains an important point of contact throughout a portfolio manager’s career at Millennium, helping to ensure they have all the resources required to run a successful business. This is role will primarily work with our Equities business, helping to expand the business across a variety of existing and new strategies and products. As such, we are looking for a candidate familiar with equity strategies, including equity derivatives, and related technologies. Principal Responsibilities Gather, document, evaluate, and socialize requirements for new Portfolio Managers. Work closely with Risk, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, HR and other internal teams to address Portfolio Managers’ requirements. Assist with strategic initiatives such as new strategies, products, markets, and trading systems. Serve as a trusted point of contact for the growing population of PMs at Millennium. Produce management reporting pertaining to existing and prospective trading teams. Qualifications/Skills Required 10 years working in financial services. Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and alternative investments. Deep knowledge of equity products and strategies, including derivatives. Highly analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status and next steps. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace environment. Strong intrapersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity with of all aspects of the trade lifecycle including portfolio construction, execution, and post trade processing.
