Responsibilities :
As the Entry Level Account Executive, your responsibilities will include :
- Developing new business prospecting and fostering relationships
- Managing assigned territory effectively
- Educating homeowners on the benefits of switching to renewable energy
- Guiding customers through the enrollment process
Compensation Breakdown :
- Minimum OTE based on performance - $36,000 - $58,000
- Minimum commission OTE based on performance - $15,000 - $40,000
- Performance bonuses
- PTO Package
- Federal holidays off
Qualifications :
Since this is a customer-facing role, the Entry Level Account Executive will need to possess the following skills / work history :
- Proven high-performance sales experience preferred
- Confident, assertive and quick-thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality
