- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Complete work orders, parts ordering, and inventory using our software systems
- Coordinate with field technicians on daily schedules
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Positive and cheerful attitude

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Team player who can work independently
