What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter for Home Repair Drywall and Remodeling position at Mr. Handyman of Central St. Louis County?

We proudly serve the homes and businesses in areas of St. Louis County and are seeking a trade professional to join our team. Most of our jobs are from two hours to two days or more with a variety of trades skills required. We are a family owned and operated.
- Complete small to medium size repairs, remodeling and home improvement projects by listening to customer needs and offering them solutions.
- Analyze what tools, materials and labor services are needed to estimate the project
- Collect payment, create change orders and get customer authorization on a company provided IPAD
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean and in good working order
- Maintain common items stock and replenish as needed
- Must own and use your own professional set of hand and cordless tools
- Prefer 10 years of experience in skilled trades with a strong carpentry background
- Ability to drive from job to job and productively manage your time
