We are seeking an ambitious, driven Company Representative / Sales Intern to join our team and learn the business from the ground up.
This internship is a one-year program designed to prepare you for a full-time, paid leadership position within our organization.
Position SummaryThe Company Representative / Sales Intern will support our business growth by learning and executing sales strategies, developing relationships with potential clients, and representing the company at industry events. You will gain hands-on training in government contracting, SAMS, SAM.gov, local procurement processes, and business-to-business sales while actively networking with property managers and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and assist in identifying and pursuing new commercial business opportunities.
- Support the preparation and submission of proposals for government and local contracts.
- Develop proficiency in navigating SAMS and SAM.gov to locate and track opportunities.
- Represent Mr. Sparkle at industry conferences, networking events, and community functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and commercial clients.
- Assist in preparing service quotes, presentations, and sales materials.
- Report weekly on progress, leads, and market insights.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and personable demeanor.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Structured training in sales, business development, and contracting.
- Light travel expenses covered for events and conferences.
