Job Purpose
Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.
Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects.
- Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.
- Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.
- Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.
- Follow up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on time.
- Monitor the performance of projects post-implementation.
- Perform other duties and/or projects assigned.
- Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
- Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
Any combination of requirements that provide the knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered.
- High school diploma plus a two-year college degree, or a high school diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office.
- Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to learn MRC-specific software.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high-level support.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- 50% travel required.
- Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
- Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.
- Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
