- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in our database.
- Process payments with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with patient intake, including gathering medical history and performing basic assessments.
- Educate clients on pet care, vaccination schedules, and available services.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to facilitate seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
