What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at My Place Hotels?

My Place Hotel is looking for motivated employees to become part of our front desk team! This position is for our PM shift from 3pm-11pm. Responsibilities include all aspects of guest accommodations including:

  • Reservations/Check-ins/Check-outs.
  • Having a positive, friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Informing guests about hotel features and amenities including local attractions.
  • Laundry and cleaning duties
  • Must have Weekend availability.
