Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with department leaders to assess staffing needs and forecast hiring demands.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies for clinical providers and strategic positions.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent market trends and workforce analytics.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms for optimized workflow.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experiences.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking and community engagement.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and professional events.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in recruiting clinical providers (MDs, NPs, PAs) and allied health.
- Strategic thinking and workforce planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and organizational skills.
- Emotional intelligence and effective negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
