JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Property Manager oversees all aspects of commercial properties management for all assigned properties.
- Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of Commercial Properties
- Support onsite property staff who assist in coordinating all repairs and maintenance needs.
- Manage existing contractor relationships and solicit new contractors on an ongoing basis.
- Oversee all phases of projects from the bidding stage through completion.
- Ensure that all routine and contracted services have been provided adequately to all Commercial Properties.
- Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budgets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributes.
- Handle incoming tenant queries and triage efficiently.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with internal management and onsite property staff.
- Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the property.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of Commercial Real Estate property management or related experience
- Understanding of all building systems and repairs
- Customer service-focused
- Ability to supervise staff and make necessary management decisions on a timely basis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects across multiple buildings.
