POSITION/TITLE: Quality Manager

**REPORTS TO:Operations Manager **

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

High precision micro component company seeks a Quality Manager to help support continued growth. Responsibilities include ensuring ISO compliance and quality execution of each process. Successful candidate will have knowledge of manufacturing methods, inspection equipment, measurement techniques, and software. Candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence, in all aspects of their assigned duties and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** **Focus on high customer satisfaction in accordance with quality standards.1. Communicate with customers to clarify product requirements

Take full responsibility of the QMS ISO compliance.1. Keep QM & QA documents current

Direct quality initiatives for continuous improvement and apply total quality management tools.1. Develop process control plans and ensure compliance

Lead and perform Quality Assurance activities.

Drive and evaluate project and department progress and results.

Recommend equipment purchases to address bottlenecks and maintain/improve capability.

Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of quality assurance and inspection background, or a 4 year degree in a related field of study

• Required: Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Risk Management, and Documentation

• Required: 1 years of direct supervisory experience

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 13485

• Proficient PC skills and Microsoft software

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Effective communication and technical writing skills
