What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at National Carwash Solutions?
This position requires the candidate to be available to work a Hybrid in-person schedule in our Atlanta office.

As a Data Analyst, you'll be a key member of the team responsible for transforming our raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is a junior-level position; formal work experience is not required – just a strong analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and a heavily quantitative academic or professional background.
What you’ll do:
- Write clean, well-structured SQL to transform and organize data
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards built in a BI tool such as Sigma
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Answer technical data questions raised by internal or external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Familiarity with SQL (from school, self-taught, or side projects)
- Experience presenting data insights through dashboards or visualizations
- Excellent logic and problem-solving ability
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership
- Detail-oriented and persistent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus (but not required):
- Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
- Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau
- Exposure to data analysis or statistical tools (Python, R, etc.)
