Position Responsibilities

📊 Perform physical and mental health evaluations and document findings in real-time.

Qualifications
✔️Active Nurse Practitioner(NP) (all specialties except PMHNP, CRNP)
✔️ Minimum of 2 weeks per month including 5 consecutive days for a period of six months.
