What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collector, Automobile Loans position at Nationwide Acceptance?

Responsibilities includes:
* Collecting on accounts
* Servicing inbound calls
* Contacting customers manually and through use of auto dialer system
* Problem Solver
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
*Experience in collections preferred
*Strong negotiation and active listening
*Good knowledge of FDCPA regulations
*Dependability and good communication skills are required
*Bilingual Spanish is a plus
*Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
