Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will formulate the support and maintenance concepts and maintainability requirements for assigned aircraft weapons system.
- You will exercise resource responsibility/authority over support budgets to include planning, tracking and executing sustainment funds.
- You will direct analyses by appropriate activities and implement corrective actions with an emphasis on improving fleet aircraft readiness.
- You will manage and direct the efforts of all logistics personnel providing life cycle product support management to the weapon system.
- You will plan and chair logistics and maintenance conferences, as required, throughout the sustainment and support phases to ensure a continuous, effective, and balanced logistics support program.
